Special Case: Specific Types of Technical Data

Apple provides certain Data to all app developers that is technical and non-personally identifiable in nature. This includes analytics, app installs, information about crashes and some other technical data. In many cases You must opt-in to provide this data to developers. b. Technical Data provided to the Company by You

To improve the Service, the developer offers an option to send feedback and bug reports. These features utilize the email function on Your Device and the developer will receive certain non-personally identifiable Data when you send email, including your email address. In the case of bug reports, the email will include a log file that includes no personally-identifiable data. The log file will however include details about the model of iOS Device You are using as well as iOS version and some other technical data including technical usage data. These reports are used only to diagnose and correct technical issues with the Application.

The Application retains details about Your usage of the Service solely for the purpose of enhancing Your experience using the Service. This includes details of prior activities as well as stored settings. At no time does the Company have any access or gains receipt of any of this information.
